Christopher Stagg will present on ITAR jurisdiction and classification at the American Conference Institute’s Fourth “Passport to Proficiency on the ITAR” Conference. Christopher’s presentation will be on Thursday, October 19, from 1:00pm to 4:30pm. Topics include how to conduct jurisdiction and classification assessments, identifying pitfalls and common mistakes, and obtaining official determinations through the commodity jurisdiction procedure.
